Must tickets be booked in advance?
Yes. Walkers can book as little as 30 minutes before a tour — if space is available. But walks often sell out in advance, so walkers should book immediately.

What are the scheduled times and places?

What do walking tours cost?
Regular tours cost $20 per walker. Private and group walk prices vary based on the assignment.

How much ground do the walks cover?
Each tour covers about 1.5 miles on mostly flat pavement.

What if the weather is bad?
We hold tours in rain or snow. We will notify walkers of cancellations in the rare event of extreme weather.

How can we recognize the guide?
Your guide will be holding Metropolitan Walks brochures.

What's your liability policy?

All customers must assume the inherent risks associated with traffic, crime, weather and other normal hazards of urban walking tours. Metropolitan Walks disclaims any liability for injury or loss suffered on walks or problems created by changing schedules or walk cancellations.
